Eurometropolis sends a signal to the Presidency of the Council of the European Union

Three territorial cooperation groupings (EGTC)* have been working on the French-Belgian border for years. On the initiative of the Eurometropolis, they drew up a memorandum for France. France holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 1 January to 30 June.
