Tourist Tips in Lille Metropolis


4X4 Grand Mix card / De Kreun card


The Interreg IV project has enabled a cross-border collaboration between the concert venues of the Grand Mix in Tourcoing (France), the Quatre Écluses in Dunkirk (France), the 4AD in Diksmuide (Belgium) and De Kreun in Kortrijk (Belgium). Their joint effort has resulted in the creation of a one card giving discount rates at all venues : the 4X4 Card.


This personal card is valid for a year at the four venues and grants access to :

- a minimum discount of 3€ for every concert ticket purchased,

- three free concerts per year (during opening season),

... and many more surprises and gifts depending on your partner venue !

City Pass - Lille


Over the years this pass has become an indispensable tool for a visit to Lille and the metropolis.  It is now available in three different versions, depending on the length of your stay and what you intend to visit (24h, 48h or 72h pass). 


24h City Pass (25€) – 48h City Pass (35€)


With these City Passes you have free access to more than 27 museums, sites and tourist events, as well as to the public transport network of Lille Métropole  (metro, bus, tram).  In addition, the pass entitles you to discounts in several shops and restaurants.  The Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille, Lille City-Tour, the Hospice Comtesse, the birth house of General de Gaulle, the LaM (museum for modern art, contemporary art and outsider art) in Villeneuve d’Ascq, La Piscine Musée d’Art et d’Industrie in Roubaix… .


 72h City Pass (45€) 


This City Pass gives you free access to the same 27 museums as the 24h and 48 h Passes + free access to 12 museums, sites and tourist events in 7 regions in Nord-Pas de Calais + unlimited free access to the region’s TER network (SNCF).  The Musée Matisse in Cateau-Cambrésis, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the Musée Portuaire, visit of the Belfry and the LAAC in Dunkerque, the Musée des Beaux-Arts of Valenciennes, the Louvre-Lens...

The "C'Art"


Created by Lille Métropole and the museums of the Lille Map network, the "C'Art" offers you :


- Unlimited access for a year to the collections and temporary exhibitions in five museums of the Lille metropolis,

- Discount prizes on all the Louvre-Lens exhibitions.


It is valid in those 5 museums of the Lille metropolis :

- The Palais des Beaux – Arts in Lille,

- The LaM in Villeneuve d’Acsq ,

- La Piscine in Roubaix,

- The MUba Eugène Leroy in Tourcoing,

- Le Fresnoy in Tourcoing.


The "C'Art" can be granted to anyone, regardless of your nationality. You may get a discount prize for the card if you are under 26, if you are already a registered member of the "Amis des musées" program in a partner museum or if you receive minimum social benefits.

PBA Pass (Palais des Beaux-Arts)


This pass offers numerous advantages: 


–  Unlimited free access to the collections of the museum

– discounts on the price for the exhibitions and all activities of the programme

– access to the Musée d’Histoire Naturelle and the Hospice Comtesse at a reduced rate

– news about the museum by e-mail.  




The PBA pass costs 15€ and is valid for one year as from the date of purchase.

This pass can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Palais des Beaux Arts.


Two museums in Roubaix - One ticket 


In order to enable you to discover the city’s history and heritage, Roubaix offers a combined ticket giving you free admission to La Piscine Musée d’art et d’Industrie André Diligent as well as to the Manufacture des Flandres Musée Atelier du Textile.  Both museums tell the story of textile in Roubaix, each in their own way.  




The price for the combined ticket is 8.50€. 




The tickets are sold at the tourist office of Roubaix.
